Little sleep last night. So forwent an orienteering sprint in Bridlington. Just as well as fortunately the dialysis unit rang to say Richard’s inflammatory markers were elevated and felt he needed antibiotics/assessment by a GP. Our surgery was closed so a call to 111. They were helpful and given the earliest appointment at 1:45 in Scarborough. A bit of a rush to get there but we made it and only had a wait of 15 minutes to be seen. A urine infection was diagnosed and fortunately because I had the blood markers from dialysis no need to be admitted as antibiotics in tablet form should resolve the symptoms. Just irritated that the surgery could have tested the urine sample and we could have had the tablets yesterday!

Tablets collected and a booster dose delivered. Richard then slept most of the afternoon. Just hoping for a quieter night to recharge the batteries!

Sorry for a lack of comments will try to catch up when I can.
