Nine Till Five

Headed off island to drop my piece for the Scottish Landscape Awards. Had to go via the Fishnish ferry as no Oban car ferry slots available. Got caught up in the road closure caused by the RTA on the A82 and it just happened to be the hottest day of the year. Cut a long story short it has to have been one of the longest and warmest drives to Glasgow yet. R has had a very very full on few weeks but when she got back from work she suggested we went for a swim at White Loch. Wasn’t sure I had the energy but so glad we did. Even bumped into RL who was in the year above R in Tobermory High School. Small world.
