Sizzling

Earlyish start today as I’d arranged to drive son no 1 and his partner up to South Queensferry to view a few properties. There was one in particular they loved and are planning to take to the next stage.
Son no 1 treated us to lunch at the Railbridge Bistro (great views over the Bridges) and then we stopped off briefly at son no 2’s flat and then their storage unit in Leith to pick up a few things on the way back to Peebles.
Sinéad (son no 1’s partner) was keen to see the Beltane Fancy Dress Parade for the first time, so she and I went down to the High Street this evening to watch it. It was baking hot and very busy but great fun!
