Peek A Boo

I’m afraid that I was rather too busy today to take any other pics. We’d invited our Curry Club friends (and extra family members) over for lunch at 2pm. Mr P decided to meet up with a friend of ours for a birthday walk in Cardrona in the morning (he cycled there because of the Beltane road closures) but assured me he would only be a couple of hours. Needless to say he turned up about 2 mins before our guests arrived.
In the meantime I had to cook, prepare and take everything downstairs into the garden (son no 1 and his partner had gone off on a planned trip to Kailzie Gardens). It was like an exhausting workout! I also had to brave a trip to Tesco in the car for some last minute items (got stuck in a massive jam). It was an understatement to say that Mr P was in the doghouse. Best of all, as it started to rain not long after we’d sat down, we had to move everything back indoors and then upstairs. Not a Beltane Saturday I’ll forget in a hurry.
