Blackberries to come?

Such a pretty flower and like a lot of weeds/wildflowers mostly overlooked until the fruit come along in August.  I can't imagine it will be a good blackberry season with so little rain to plumpen up the fruit.
Today is expected to be very hot with temperatures up around 34°C.  l have had an email from the water board asking me (and others) to only use water sparingly, l wonder if a hosepipe ban and rationing  is on its way, l  shall be very cross if it is whilst water share holders take obscene bonuses and dividends but do not fix leaks or take care of the infrastructure.  Water should never be privatised.
