Hard Boiled

I had to do some cooking while the girls went shopping. We seem to have white eggs again. Hen’s eggs were always white when I were a young ‘un, but then brown, free range eggs became more fashionable. They don’t taste any different, so it goes purely on looks. Chickens were white then, as well. I think it’s great that we get a choice.
So I hard boiled six eggs for sandwiches for Mum’s second birthday party. The crazy sisters are meeting her today. I will give this one a miss as I will be with Mum when she gets her ears micro suctioned tomorrow.
