Look Into My Eyes!

Pat and I arrived at the Optometrists for our annual eye examinations. My appointment was first as I am the designated driver.

I am given the complete range of tests which takes about 50 minutes or so and my results are fine. No change from the last test.

Of course my eyes have been dilated and it will take at least an hour or so for my sight to be restored. Pat has her test and new lenses are required.

The day is extremely sunny and we go next door to the Manna Cafe to have coffee and cake.  The Manna is run under the auspices of the Newport Parish Church. Everyone is very friendly and we enjoy an hour of socialising with the clientele.

My eyes have recovered sufficiently to drive the short distance back home. However, there is not much I can do on my various projects until my eyes completely recover.
