Well Lane

Another hot day, today, so I set out for a run at half-eight to beat the heat. 

I took today's photo from under the railway bridge on Well Lane, running up out of High Casterton. 

After sitting through a dreadful online seminar by Crown Commercial Services - which I had thought would be a waste of time but unfortunately had to sit through to prove that - I headed down to Salford. 

And after work, the Minx and I went up to meet Dom and take him out for dinner to celebrate his birthday, which was on Monday. 

We went to Sun and Salt, which was excellent, would recommend, and even bumped into a couple of old Chorley pals.
