Rose

Noticed this beautiful rose in my garden this morning while I was hanging out the washing.,

Concert day today so afternoon spent at church rehearsing for opera classics concert, lovely short rehearsal so was home by 4.30 and I then walked down to the beach and met up with Lydia, John and Leo, in extras!

They were down for the weekend to see Richard and they actually managed to get him to go out and be driven down to Devils Point! He asked them to slow down going through Stoke village as he wanted to see what had changed! And he wanted to know what was happening at the William yard! Lydia said he has had lots of smiley time with Leo for whom he tries hard to be a good grandpa! Then home to change and get the bus back to go to the theatre royal to go to the preview evening for The Colour Collective who have their work up in the first floor gallery. I will hopefully post some pictures later! A quick glass of wine and some nibbles and then off to st andrews to do my front of house and sing in the concert! Another fun evening for all concerned!
