The road patterns are back on Dance Lane

Saturday afternoon

Yesterday it rained and then the sun came out, which brought the road patterns back again.  I had a later afternoon short walk, which actually helped my gripey tummy to sort itself out again.

Afternoon Zoom meeting of Contemporary North RPS Photo Group - a disaster as we hadn’t been sent the accurate log on details. Bit by bit people were notified and most of us got logged on to the correct address in the end, though I think  I should have walked sooner.

My achievement for the morning was managing to spray the weeds in the yard, all before 8am, and then a test run of the way that I was going to create a concertina book.  I learnt quite a lot about what not to do, one of which was not to use Tesco PVA glue - too thin and watery, so I looked online first bookmakers glue. I might have to think again about mounting the photos - I thought that the photo paper I was using was thick enough to stand up without a backing paper layer.

I also returned to the Shona Grant article on book making to check what kinds of glue she was using and followed it up with a little online shopping.

Plus my Saturday morning walk around my garden in extra.
