Lily

Sleep was a struggle last night due to the heat! thankfully there's more of a breeze around today but it's still really hot!

managed some early morning rose pruning today and delighted to see this Lily 'Forever Susan' start to bloom! Only seen 1 lily beetle this year and he was quickly despatched to a better place.... away from my lilies!!

I've also shocked myself today and started to frame up some of my cross stitch pictures!! They've been festering in a drawer since I completed them - some for years eek! - and it's been quite therapeutic to put some in frames today. Now to find some spare wallspace to hang them - the next hurdle LOL
