Anticipation

I try to eat healthy. It doesn't always work 

Being a heart patient I do generally need to watch what I eat, sometimes I am good.

Sometimes not so good.

Tomorrow, I return to my favourite hospital, for yet another procedure.

More cutting and stitching, more visceral thoughts and discomfort. 

Ho hum, it has to be done.

The Condemned Man Ate A Hearty Breakfast.....
