Preventative Maintenance

Six years ago I had an ICD installed.

It has kept me going but regrettably it has expired and in order for me to keep going I had to have a replacement. Today.

It is done and I am here to tell the tale.

Isn't modern science utterly amazing.

It even has a WiFi router at home so data is uploaded regularly to the hospital. They can remotely adjust my heart rate from twenty miles away.

I do hope they don't decide to have some fun at my expense!

Feeling sore and tired but very blessed.
