In the mists

Lots of mists swirling around at the south end of Shetland today - and heavy showers accompanied by rumbles of the thunder (left overs from the thunder and lightning last night).

A lot of the puffins at Sumburgh were keeping their heads down but eventually a few agreed to cooperate.

Having stayed dry for my puffin visit and a low tide walk on Quendale Beach (see the extra), I should have stuck with putting my feet up this afternoon - instead I headed out onto Scat Ness, where I got properly drenched.
