Afternoon tea

How this photo made me laugh. Though, it may look as if Martin’s cousin, Yvonne, and hubby, Dean, are chomping into afternoon tea, they weren’t, it was a trick of the camera.

It was lovely to meet up with them and catch up on all the family news from Sheffield. 

Afternoon Tea was lovely, and as so often happens, there was too much to eat, so much so, that we cancelled dinner, which we were due to have later, there is only so much food you can eat in a day! 

Earlier, in the day we had a nice walk round the Wortley village, which is at the end of the long drive. It’s a very pretty village with lovely cottage, a nice church (see extra) and some nice shops. 

We have had another lovely day in South Yorkshire, and will have a leisurely trip back home tomorrow.
