Packing up and heading home

A bit of time spent cleaning and tidying the house. Then I headed up to M and F’s house for coffee. My blip is of then leaving their house - this is the pathway which leads down to the scarcely wider main street - if you are eagle eyed (and want to!) you can see a teeny selfie of me in the upstairs window of the left hand house. A visit to the museum to see a display about the varied and important renewable energy sector in Orkney Lunch together and we discuss ideas for future get togethers Glasgow film festival in the spring seems favourite. I was going to get the bus to the airport but M insists on driving me and I’m glad because suddenly there is rain like a power shower and i get pretty wet just walking to the car. A delayed flight to Inverness, A bus to the Hostel Scotland room I’ve booked. Nowhere to get food so tea is crisps and an apple. Early night:-)
