Too many potential blips to chose from today. Settled on this one which shows a bit of what some of the bars on Broadway are like. Last night it was heaving...you couldn't sensibly get in the bars. Today most of the musicians are complaining they are hung over but the music is still great and there is at least space to breathe. This was taken about 4pm when everything felt quiet but I could see it was starting to fill up then.

Seen quite a bit of live music again today... Folsom prison blues I have now seen sung by 3 different performers... all very different versions in the space of one day. The Lumineers and Oasis also seem to be being covered a bit here. Went to the Johnny Cash museum which opened here earlier this year. Small but amazing. Read a poem he wrote after returning from burying his wife and it made my eyes water. Saw lots of costumes, letters, golden discs, awards and discovered he had size 13 and a half feet! Went to the country hall of fame museum (or a name similar to that). Hadn't heard of about 90% of the people featured there but the costumes and the memorabilia and instruments were amazing to see. It is now 6.30pm and I am tired and ready for a snooze before hitting town again!
