Jump!

This morning was a bit cooler than the recent hot weather we have been experiencing, but this afternoon has again been hot. I took Xena for  along walk this morning and there are so many fallen trees that in several places she has to jump over them. I tried to photograph her jumping but I had my smaller camera with me and it's pretty rubbish at focusing quickly, so I never got the results I had hoped for - this was the best of a bad bunch of photos.

The NHS are now prescribing the weight loss drug Mounjaro, but only to those with a BMI of 40 or over and if they have four out of five certain health issues. It's a step in the right direction as obesity can cause so many other health problems, including cancer, but a BMI of 40 is extremely high, it is encouraged that people with a BMI of 30 and over should be using it. I spent the morning reading up on the benefits and side effects, and as usual people need to maintain a healthy lifestyle including exercise and eating correctly as being of prime importance.
