This is a lovely fragrant rose with a delicate simple flower, and a dark eye in the centre. It is set off rather well by the blue hydrangea, which is a really good clear colour this year.
I have started making my first blue cheese today! It’s a Danish Blue recipe, and I am using some gold top milk to make it extra creamy. Instead of buying culture for it I have stirred in some Roquefort cheese, the blue moulds should spread through from that…well it’s all a big experiment!
