We have made it to Weymouth with a modicum of very slow traffic and very few roadworks. The hotel is lovely with a beautiful view of the Old Harbour. This cafe is just around the corner. The lifeboats are a big thing by the coast. The weather is bright, warm and sunny, although a bit breezy at times. I’ve worked out that I have been coming to Weymouth for more than 60 years. It feels like home.
