Whatever next?

A touch screen tap. 
Well, actually, you don't even need to touch it to start the water flowing, 
just to pass your hand  in front of the sensor. Turns it off that way too.

I suppose it beats having to walk down to the well with a bucket on each shoulder, but that would be a "yoke" wouldn't it.
