North West

Last day on Shetland and we were joined by our guide from Saturday for a tour of the western part of the Northmavine area. Highlight was the Eshaness lighthouse (extra 2) and the associated cliffs (main and extra 1). Weather deteriorated after lunch but we had a dry look around the Shetland museum in Lerwick before boarding the 5pm ferry to Aberdeen. After leaving the shelter of South Mainland there was a fair swell so we retired to our cabin amidships and watched the Clooney/Pitt film Wolfs.
