Sunday Roasting

I always like the idea of a roast dinner on Sundays. I thought about chicken, or perhaps some beef. But it is so hot that the thought of sitting down for a big dinner didnt have the appeal.

Strolling by the lake in the early evening a brasserie beckoned and the offer of oysters caught my eye. Half a dozen for €7. Bargain. They were beautifully served and were the perfect "Sunday roast"
