Sketchy Lady

This lady seemed to be very relaxed as she sketched the harbour view this morning. 

From some investigations, it appears that drawing is indeed good for us (not that I ever doubted that). Here’s three reasons from the Go Sketch Club:

1. Relaxes the brain
2. Can help us sleep
3. Helps us develop problem solving skills

It must have been a school away day at the beach also, as there must have been a hundred plus kids, all in orange fluorescent tabards, having fun running around, throwing balls, frisbees and the like. So glad the weather was nice for them.

After getting my blip, I did a bit of shopping, which included buying four plants (nemesia and bidens) reduced to 50p each instead of £3 from Home Bargains, they will be fine now that I have given them a good soaking. 

I’m now back home, contemplating putting our faces together in the new jigsaw!
