Not so innocent!

After walking the dogs, we looked in our back garden and this black and white cat had taken up this position about two metres from the ground.
The obvious attraction was the nesting boxes where the sparrows have been rearing their young. The birds were making a right commotion trying to scare away the cat.
However, having had a good look at us, he disappeared down an adjoining sloping roof, much to everyone’s relief.
I’ve never seen this cat before but he is a beauty
