Halcyon III

Today I decided to do something different and tag it for widwed.  I went to Lymington and of course took bird shots, but sometimes it's good to get out of your comfort zone, isn't it?  So, looking a bit romantic and slightly melancholy, here is Halcyon III, from Berwick on Tweed, in the Solent having just left harbour.  There is an amazing amount of info online about craft out and about, but I couldn't discover how old she is.  However, clearly substantially older than the super-shiny luxury craft you usually see around here!  Do you think she's doing a round Britain trip?

The land in the background is the Isle of Wight - known by local yachties as the Pile of Sh... (sorry, the old jokes are always the best).
