La Corbière Lighthouse

It was Jill's birthday today. After a hearty breakfast, we set off to the Lighthouse - one of her favourite places. The tide was out so we were able to walk out to it across the causeway. Rain was forecast but it turned out to be a lovely day. 
We went to the Prince of Wales in Greve de Lecq for lunch. We sat outside overlooking the beach. Glorious. We ended up in Gorey on the east coast for a cup of tea and a wander around the Town. It has an imposing castle. This evening we went to The Phare restaurant for dinner. It overlooks the Lighthouse in Corbière.
