Pipes!

Had to go on an expedition to Lasswade for the afternoon - joined by three pals who'd flown over from Belfast. We were all somewhat delayed by the buses (and trams) being diverted (cancelled) due to an unfortunate and unexplained death at the east end of Princes St. Still, we managed to rendez vous on the same no 31 bus eventually. Then there was much meeting up with old and new friends, tea and biscuits, and mighty blethering. Then we all took turns to record a little bit of chat for a video that's going to introduce a crowd-funder. This was the waiting area out in the McC's lovely garden, with K tuning up the Northumbrian pipes so that she could do a quick burst for the video. Was finally able to pass on to DG the bag of his favourite candy that was passed on to me at the Depot by his biggest Californian fan. 

Extra is the McC's adorable dog (about 6 months old) - what an absolute sweetie!
