Sweet perfume

Bramble blossom, bracken and sweetly perfumed honeysuckle lined the path where Bertie and I walked this morning. It was very peaceful and enjoyable. Back home I pottered around, doing a few jobs, before being tempted out to the garden along with Bertie. He slept in the shade while I tended to the jungle. There was a brisk breeze which kept the midges away - perfect.
