Wound up in Wexford

Wrangling

S, the teenager who's been helping with some garden labour, came again, and has finished digging over and mulching the newest flower bed.  It will be filled with achillea, but not till we get back from our holiday.

I had a session on the static cycle, and then did some sewing.

W went to New Ross to collect a new saw blade he had ordered, and then did some mowing and strimming.

Our day was then rudely interrupted by one of the sheep from the field next door, which had created a gap in the fence and come exploring. She was enjoying the long grass in our meadow area (see extra).

Fortunately Ja was passing on a tractor, and W flagged him down - he's the son of Jo, who owns the sheep, and was quite happy to grab this one and drop her back over the fence.

Jo turned up, and we were able to show him the hole that was the presumed point of access.  He's moved the sheep to another field, and assures us he won't let them back till he's mended it.

This evening we watched the last episode of Dept Q.  We won't start a new series, as we're off on holiday shortly.
