Baptisia

This clump of baptisia is blooming in one of my client's gardens. This is my oldest garden. I have been working on the property for 20 years. About 5 years ago they asked me to remove a small strip of grass between the patio and the fence. I was able to add 3 plants in the space. I chose baptisia, Amsonia Blue Star and a Big Bluestem grass. All 3 of them have established well.

I was part of a group of 24 that went for supper tonight at Colleen's Pub. A fun evening out.

A change in the weather today. This afternoon the temperature was only 19 C, compared to 32 C yesterday. More sunshine in the forecast for tomorrow, then showers on the weekend.
