Over the fields

We left Northumberland today and drove to Chesterfield in Derbyshire where we are spending a few days before returning home. The journey was rather tedious with several hold ups but then it is a Friday after all.

We are staying in a rather nice small property and this is a local view taken this evening. Apparently we will be having another heatwave over the next few days.
