Waiting for Headstones and Sod

For the last couple of years, the Great Lakes Cemetery in Holly, Michigan has been working on creating a huge addition. You can just make out the new columbarium in the backdrop of my picture.

The fallen soldiers go into the ground first, followed by the headstone and then the grass. The workers are always busy.

I had to dodge the raindrops to cook my chicken on the grill tonight, but we didn't get the heavy storm that was forecast.
