Would you know what to.do?

Thank you for your kind words

I am.bereft

One basket, one cat hole.

One wee cat wandering around looking for her pal.

Beanie was the more independent of the two.

Cuddles were on her terms. You could not pick this cat up without her permission. It wasn't worth the pain

Each night though between 850 and 915 :  she would jump on the arm of the chair and demand ear scratches. Ear scratches or chin scratches.  Nothing else

If she was upstairs (she liked to lay on the carpet at the top of the stairs .leaving you to take a double size step at the top of the stairs) and you took a cream cake out of the fridge, she was in your faces before you could blink

She could smell cream at 50 paces.  We have a photo from 4 weeks ago - we had real cream gelato...she was on the table. Face into the bowl

She wandered the street because it was her street.  I would collapse with embarrassment as she would walk slowly and stately across the street and routinely, check one by one each of our neighbours gardens.  Ignoring their dogs who lived there.

I had to wait in the middle of the road one morning going to work as she sauntered home on the road from being a dirty stop out

It's been a hard day.

Poor Si has had to bear two females randomly howling all day.

He took us out for breakfast and then shopping for a dress for Tooli for a wedding this week.  We've been out since 1030 and came home at five and clocked up 11000.steps

I thought I was almost there but met my neighbour as I got out the car and off I went again

However, I have managed to remember all these funny memories of this funny peculiar little KitKat and I haven't cried once   I think I'm over the initial shock and sadness

But I won't forget her
