Beaches were great today

Left PDR by 9:30am and headed straight to the vegan bakery—grabbed a mushroom and pesto focaccia, kimchi and roast veg sandwich, and four pastel de natas (all gone, no shame). Tomorrow we’ll eat more veg and lay off the bread. Maybe.
Found a simple stopover near the beach—quiet, nice vibe, loads of stars thanks to no light pollution.
Been chatting with J, a friend of the owners, she makes a lot of sense, I do love tapping into the knowledge of strangers.
Kids will think we’ve joined a cult but might stay longer…
Plan’s are shifting. Maybe skipping Lisbon, its too busy we've been twice before, truth be told, we're only going for the lunch options.
Going to stick to the coast and quieter campsites. Porto’s still in though—need Paul to see what I got up to last October,  plus we fancy a port tasting (obviously)
