Lily the yellow

While I languished in my sick bed, nurse Mr hazelh kindly photographed the yellow lily in our back garden for my blip today.

I have a terrible cold. It comes complete with sore throat, coughing, sneezing, hideous backache, and dizziness. I haven't felt so incapacitated since I suffered the neckache that landed me in hospital last year.

At least it's not Covid19 - my test was negative - so I should be well enough to welcome overnight guests on Monday and still go to my book group meeting that evening.
