Potluck

It was rather nice to be able to breakfast in my pjs this morning as Phin was still in daycare.

I headed to the shops to pick up the ingredients for the two lasagnes I planned to make for the potluck and Mr PHL collected Phin. Georgia had given Phin a bath so he was looking very smart when he came in.

A couple of hours cooking and the turkey mince and Spinach lasagne and the quorn mince bolognese lasagne were both ready for the oven.

I got everything else ready to take and cooked the lasagnes before Mr PHL dropped me at the hall for 6.30. A few others arrived and it didn’t take long to get the tables organised for the remaining folk to arrive.

There was a fine selection of food and a lovely couple of hours was spent eating (too much) and chatting. Many hands made light work of the tidying up and we were home by just after 10.
