Liz my Bestie

has just flown to London to spend 5 days at Wimbledon. She stays with her sister who is a nurse.

She came to me for lunch and as you can see, I loaded her with protein and carbs. I mean it’s a jungle out there.

I drove her to Dublin Airport (which is a bit of stress in itself) and her flight has left.
