Arachnid Alert!

Sundays are perhaps becoming a bit predictable. 

Bath, listen to a bit of Radcliffe & Maconie, then a croissants breakfast on the patio, Ocado delivery ....

While I was setting up for breakfast I noticed a very relaxed white butterfly on the lavender. Of course as soon as I got the camera it woke up and scooted off. I did notice this spider though, suspended from the veranda roof, in fact I narrowly avoided walking into him. Not sure if it is a normal garden spider or a false black widow. Somebody may know.

Today we then needed to do a bit more cleaning/tidying in preparation for a flying visit tomorrow from daughter#1. 

We did get some time off to watch some of the Grand Prix. My NOWTV subscription runs out next month so I am trying to make the best use of it. Whether I resubscribe depends on what sort of offer they entice me with.
