Another warm day was forecast, and the beach tends to get busy on sunny days. So thanks to a crap sleep I was strolling along just after 8am.
A wonderfully quiet couple of hours on my own, and although it was getting a bit busier & hotter as I walked back to the car, it was bearable.
I always feel better after the beach.
