Four Spotted Chaser

After yesterdays late one and a back blip a relaxed steady day was on the cards.. The morning was spent chilling and after a snack for  lunch we decided to head out to Cherry Willingham and enjoy a walk around Cherry Fields a community run wild meadow area. It is a lovely area and there was plenty of wildlife to enjoy. I managed to get a shot of a a four spotted chaser and a great selection of Butterflies so I was spoilt for choice .
Back home and we watched a very one-sided  Super league match which saw St Helens thrash troubled Salford  58 - 0 then a women's football friendly where the lionesses warmed up for the up and coming euro finals by beating Jamaica 7-0 . A chilled evening probably watching some more Severance  . I use the term chilled loosely as it is very hot still not looking forward to work tomorrow where the temperature is set to be around 32C
