Pole Dancing

My first drop today was to a village called Hemswell and as I turned the corner to head to where the delivery was I was greeted by this giant pole in the middle of the road.  The name of the road is Maypole street I wonder why. I just had to grab a shot for my blip when I was ready to leave . It dates back to the 19th century and yes it is still used today 
Its been a rather hot day today with the temperature been as high as 33 C when I was leaving work .
After work I went to the pharmacy at Tesco as yesterday when at Cherry fields I got covered in bites from horseflies at least 7 so I am in a bit of pain and rather red so I went to get something to hopefully calm them down. 
A trip to Sainsburys  for the weekly shop and now relaxing trying to keep cool
