Lethargy

Woke early this morning and struggled to get back to sleep (had a peek through tthe shutters to see it was chucking down) and I've felt lethargic all day despite an afternoon nap. I blame the heat as well.
My son John called round this morning on his way to Warrington for work. It was good to see him.
I've not been anywhere other than our back garden, briefly.
It's forecast to be a pretty warm night and a very hot day tomorrow (29C). I might stay in close to a fan or drive to somewhere shaded for a walk - depends on how hot it is in the morning. I'll see how it feels.
