Directions

This vintage road sign in Grantown on Spey is a local landmark. Sadly all the places mentioned on the left arm were inaccessible yesterday and today because of a wildfire on the Dava. Strong winds fanned the flames and smoke from the burning moor could be seen for many miles. Appalling to think of the destruction of such a special place - a wonderful habitat of great historical interest which has featured in many of my Blips.
