Melting

………. in the heat - I’m not coping at all well with this relentless hot weather. Especially as we are having new carpets fitted in three rooms over the next two weeks and redecorating one of the rooms prior to fitting. It’s far too hot to be having to find places to put all the ‘stuff’ that hubby has in the bedroom that he uses as an office ( which is the room that we are intending to start decorating tomorrow). We’ve managed to box up a lot of the paperwork and find temporary homes for it but we just don’t have anywhere else to put all the furniture ( a huge corner desk, 4 three drawer filling cabinets and two chairs), so we’re going to have to try to work around them ……… it’s forecast to be 33 degrees at least tomorrow and sunny all day ….. and this room has sun shining on it until around 4pm, so it gets really hot!!!
I’m dreading the next few days in particular but especially tomorrow - I hope I survive :-((((((((

The blip is a Deer Fly that kept pestering us when we sat outside for a tea break this afternoon - they can give a nasty bite, so I was actually quite keen to get back to work :-/
