Went to see Dad and cook lunch yesterday so that I could go over to Wirksworth and see Su. Her friend Ca was there too.
I caught the train to Cromford and Su met me at the station. We went to Masson Mill to check out a new makers market for both of them (C casts plater plaques of flowers and foliage ) but we weren’t impressed. Went back to Su’s for lunch and then to the Wirksworth secret gardens event . We didn’t see them all but there were some beautiful spaces down alleyways and up on top of buildings etc. it was a very warm day - 27 degrees- but cloud cover all the time. Went back to Su’s for tea and cake and then i caught the very new and air- conditioned train back to Nottingham
