Bin Find No 6,432

It was a warm one again - reached 23° I think. But it was cloudy, fortunately. But 'no cardie' weather indeed. Archie and I had two walks today. Then he had another walk with JR later.

Talking of JR - she hasn't stopped today! First of all two gym sessions, both of them 'quite tough', with a 20 minute brisk walk each way. She did sit down for breakfast/lunch, and then set to out in the garden, re-painting all the woodwork black, including the gate. Then she tidied the garden and cut back the bamboo plant. Then she took Archie out. Then she made my tea, which was salmon quiche from yesterday. Now she's sitting down! Whew!  (11,135 steps).

I, on the other hand, after my two walks, relaxed on the sofa to watch Day One of Wimbledon. What a match the Alcaraz/Fognini marathon was. The Italian is 38 years old, while the Spaniard is 22! BIG difference. Over 4 hours in 30°+.

But I did rise and wash the path to finish off the front garden's tidy up.
