Scalby Mills

A busy day with a trip to the Physio in York. Some good advice given to help Richard keep mobile for a little longer.

A late lunch followed by a trip to the coast. We parked at Scalby Mills on the northern side of Scarborough. An easy push along the coast and back. A cool breeze made the temperature much more pleasant  than yesterday.
