Tuesday: Giant Scabious

Cloudy and warm this morning and heavy rain showers from the sea this afternoon and very still this evening.

I had my second appointment with the osteopath at midday, he was amazed at the improvement in my ankles since last week, I had the follow on treatment with acupuncture needles which he hopes will finish the treatment - in agony this afternoon, which is only to be expected :-))

Made gluten free pizzas for our tea, with homemade pasta sauce for the topping and shop bought gluten free bases, quick and delicious :-))

Watching Welsh gardening programme whilst MrD has a chat on the phone with his brother.
