Wednesday: Hemerocallis “Custard Candy”

A fine dry day with a very gentle breeze and sunshine - 2 loads of washing dried beautifully outside and are now airing through in the back bedroom and it’s a very warm evening :-)

The garden and all the pots are very dry, no rain forecast for next couple of days, so I’ve started using the washing up water - better than going down the drain!

Visited my neighbours across the road with some offcuts of pizza bases for the chickens who made quick work of them :-))

Chatted with S and E, later there was a delivery of home grown strawberries which we are both enjoying, thank you very much xxxxx

My ankles are still sore, will make some ice packs when I finish this blip!

I think my name of the hemerocallis is correct, can’t remember it flowering before and think it was under all the trees …
